This is despite over 25+ homes within our small development (within blocks) in PA who experienced similar damages. After 3 downed trees in our backyard and internal water damage, apparently it wasn't the result of a storm documented with winds over 70mph. Apparently, the other 24 people in our development were far smarter when choosing their insurance companies.

I have had state farm for over 30 years, disappointed to write this. Storm hit our house last year…read more(greater than 6 months ago) still do not have resolution on repairs with SF. Called Jeff's team for help, told that they don't write the checks, don't approve the claims and are simply middle men in the process. State Farm has not been responsive to calls and call backs, constant delays and requests for additional information after providing what was asked for originally. In lieu of helping, referred me to the state insurance commissioner. Was hoping the office would help instead of the commissioner. Will try both avenues now.
