She put together multiple quotes because we were not sure what we wanted (or how much of it the builder would cover), and we were able to get exactly what we were comfortable paying for and the fabric choices were great! We went with roman shades and the person who came out to measure and install was excellent. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with! Our new shades look great and block the light very well! Also, they arrived VERY quickly and were able to come install right after arrival! (Ordered Sept 11th, installed Sept 24th) The only downside we experienced was we were not able to find a solar shade similar to one we previously saw (where it blocks the sun but does not provide a ton of privacy), and ended up going with another company for those (Lowe's- they were cheaper for the GIANT windows we have). We were stubborn once we knew what we wanted, otherwise I am sure this company would have done an excellent job on those as well! As far as prices go, this company was middle of the road but provided the service expected for the price. Cheapest being blinds.com or Lowe's (but there is much more churn with scheduling and long lead times, however you can get deals for holidays and such), and on the high end you'd find things like the Shade Store or other boutique-y places. Overall, this company was so easy to work with and quick, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing window coverings!

We took one of our broken blinds to another shop to be fixed eventhough we had to pay, and they couldn't because they needed a part from Norman and were not able to contact them either. My last intent was with Window Select, I contacted Joni Greenbaum, explained to hear our situation and she was king and helpfull. These guys were absolutely awesome. We were in the process of baby proofing our house and needed…read moreour flat screen mounted and a ceiling fan installed in the nursery. They were very professional--arrived on time for both projects, wore booties over their shoes (which I appreciated because of our crawling baby), and did not go over the time they quoted. In between projects, they also mounted a large, floor-to-ceiling mirror in our master bedroom and hid/mounted some wiring from the baby monitor in the nursery. They were extremely efficient and accommodating. They scheduled the nursery fan installation at 7:30 am instead of 8:00 to finish before the baby's 9:00 nap. I would definitely call these people again for any future projects!
