I called H2 asking for help in correcting my home theater setup after moving from an apartment to my first house. The next day I sent an email through their website asking them for help. No response came over more than a week. Hey, I would have understood if they didn't want to take on my project, but they could have at least called or emailed me back to decline so that I wasn't waiting around hoping. It's hard enough to ask people for help - it makes it harder when the request itself is ignored. Turns out I only needed to upgrade my subwoofer from a 10" to paired 12"s - so H2 lost an easy $3.5k sale and gets a bad review out of it. We wanted to get our LG GX TV mounted in our home with no visible wires. James was a great hire. I needed someone to mount a new LG 77" TV over a tiled fireplace. I had a 70" TV already installed over the fireplace. I was getting quotes from many places around $1000+ and would take 3+ hours. James charged me nearly half that and was able to complete it within an hour and a half. He did run into a problem when he tried to use the old mount that I had originally installed on the fireplace and had to remove it to install the new mount. He didn't charge me for his time to remove the old mount and install the new one. James and his crew cleaned up afterward, set up the TV, and made sure everything was working before leaving. They were knowledgeable, quick and paid a lot of attention to detail. They ensured that everything was properly aligned, all wires were hidden either behind the wall or the equipment, and the whole setup looked good. After they left, I felt that I needed help in getting the projector properly aligned with the screen.
