Y then asks x if that's the case, and she denies ever taking my call, in which then y basically accuses me of lying. I ended up having to wait and being late to work because of it. Second time around, I placed an order on my contacts over the phone and the secretary told me she would give me a call to let me know when they're ready for pickup. I didn't hear back within the timeframe they gave me (sat-mon by latest), so I called back to check up on the status, in which they told me they were indeed ready for pickup. She then asked me if I was going to go in that day, in which I told her I'd have to come in another day, in which then she told me to give a call 15 min in advance whenever I'm coming in. Fast forward 2 days later (today), when I can FINALLY pick up my contacts, I call the office to only be greeted by a voicemail saying that the office won't be open til June 3rd. Wow. THAT'S MORE THAN A WEEK. Now because of some ignorant secretary who was extra careful not to tell me that the office would be closed for a week and a half starting Wednesday, I am taking my business somewhere else. I've had enough horrible service from these people. Dr Bruder would do himself a great favor by paying for customer service skill classes for his dim witted employees to take at the Union County College.
