Office staff is more than helpful and doctor is really good about listening to any concerns you have.

Already disgusted! I have had an appointment set up with them for 12/6/23 since July of 2023 and I called today 12/5/23 to see where I was going as this would be my first appointment. The message says they are closed due to water damage, but no one EVER called me to cancel my appt or move it! I would have wasted gas that I didn't have. Thank God I called! They could at least call their patients with appointments set up and notify them of the change. I will not be rescheduling with this company. Proven already that they are not reliable!!! read more

The front office staff were so great..... made me feel like I was cared about. The eye doctor was normally professional, the eye glasses selection are ok. I'll make this my new permanent eye doctor for future visits. Oh ya. Important to note that after only 2 days of trying out my new contacts I lost one of them and they replaced it the very next day no problem. read more

Customer service is a joke. Quoted one week for glasses. After a week, quoted another week. TWO weeks after that... still NOTHING. Some of their staff are cordial, some severely lack customer service skills. Particularly Amy. Crossed arms, slouched and messy appearance. Rude. Monotone. Her, and the crap turn around time will be the reason you lose my service. read more

I love the staff and Dr Stanley, they are fun and professional. We have a great visit every time I am there. They are stringent in their COVID-19 procedures and still take great care of the patients. Highly recommend!! read more

Damaged my glasses on a trip to California. On my return trip to Washington I stopped at New Visions to get frames adjusted. One of the staff, Jennifer, greeted me, asked what the problem was, took the frames and had them fixed in under 10 minutes! Friendly and excellent service. read more

Dr. Stanley has been seeing my family for years. We have been very satisfied with his expertise and with his office staff. You will not find a better office in town. They have helped us not only with routine eye Care appointments, but with emergency appointments for injuries. We highly recommend them. read more
