I would advise that possible future clients proceed with cautions and get a second and third estimate from other companies. I will name another in Armour's review, but there are other companies that values local clients. This is an honest review based on my experience in Sarasota with Armour roofing. They completed my roof in late 2021. They appear to be extremely friendly, as any sales company that adjust to your liking to earn your business. They market their warranties as 5-year workmanship, and 20 years on material. In July 2024, we had a roof leak from where wall meets roof, through flashing and underlayment. Of course, when we called them, they tried to wiesel their way out of it by claiming that warranty was voided because of hurricane Ian, act of God, which happened in September 2022 (almost two years prior to the reported leak). Unfortunately for my family, with a leaky ceiling, we did have the luxury of time to go back and forth with them, so we paid for the repairs needed from their mediocre workmanship. That said, to be fair, they responded quickly after I agreed to pay. Sammy Barone, nice guy, but not nice enough for me to consider this company again. We have to replace roof on our rentals, and I will not be calling them. Poor workmanship will cost you later, as Florida has hurricanes every year, but Armour roofing will use that to get out of their self-assumed responsibilities. Contact other local companies, and have them compete for your business. Alot of roofing companies lock you in under contract, then have a sub-contract (another company) do the work. They pay the sub-contractor less and pocket the difference.

Avery came in and evaluated and examined every single spot and potential spot. They found multiple intrusion points, multiple failure, points, and multiple potential failure points.
