New Western Acquistion was a blessing when Brandon Miller posted an ad on the San Antonio Online Express News Classifieds. Brandon is very professional and helped me through the closing of my first investment property. He even got me funded through a hard money lender which I would not have had the opportunity to purchase my first deal if it had not been for his help! Finding low priced investment properties that have clear title is not easy. It took me 3 months before I found Brandon's advertisement. As with any investment there is always risk, repair costs can be more than expected, but now that I'm in the loop I have better knowledge of what to expect as far as costs go. You are not obligated to purchase a property you are not comfortable with. For me I took a leap of faith on my first deal because I had already spent thousands of dollars looking for deals that ended nowhere! A lot of properties out there have a lot of liens, delinquent taxes, etc. I'm glad to have a partner such as Brandon and although he made clear that he represents New Western I am still one of his customers.
