I have been in the store 3 times in the last 6 weeks. The first time the female employee had the mask below her chin. The second time I stopped in to look at other lights and to check on our order. The same woman did not have a mask on and when asked about it claimed she didn't have one. I had to return again today to exchange a defective light. This was done quickly as I called ahead. However, yet again neither female employee had a mask on and the male had his below his nose. The virus is transmitted via the nose! The failure to adhere to the mandate puts an older couple and myself at risk as all three of us fall in the high risk group. We had our masks on!! I kept my distance from all the unmasked employees. I had planned on ordering more lights but after seeing the total disregard for the health of others, I went home and ordered them online.

Contacted my regular plumber (not Cox) and found out he was out of town on vacation. Finally called Cox after 5 pm. Was pleasantly surprised when he answered the phone. He had other jobs already scheduled but was able to come by on Sunday afternoon. (I had shut off everything I could think of so the leak had stopped. Was afraid it was the toilet by the kitchen.) He was able to arrive an hour earlier than he expected which was great. Long store short... he was able to diagnose the actual problem (wasn't the toilet) and the issue was resolved. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable. Nice guy and the cost was actually less than I expected for an emergency weekend plumbing call. Hope I never need a plumber again but I would definitely use Cox Plumbing again.
