Cons: Inexperienced (e.g., wiping outside the fridge doors, but not the handles; forgetting things regularly like vacuuming a rug, or leaving cleaner sprayed in the sink). Non-thorough (e.g., rugs not moved for sweeping or mopping). Bryce, co-owner worked mostly alone on our 3 bedroom house which took 2.5x the amount of time other companies have taken for a basic clean. Prices are steep for the services they offer. A standard cleaning from other companies are considered "deep cleaning" to this company, such as swifter dusting ceiling fans, or dusting a simple (internal) wooden windowsill. Even TV stand shelving is not dusted, only tops of furniture. Their standard clean is very, very basic and lacking in quality. It is best to discuss exactly what you expect from your cleaning with them prior to them starting. It became frustrating to constantly go behind and make sure everything was done. However, they are quite receptive to the feedback; I should have gone through the house after every cleaning to make sure everything was done. Otherwise, many things are missed every week. Payment: card with a 3% charge on top of the cleaning cost. Cash or check preferred. A licensed company which is a bonus. They also said they are insured, though I did not verify. Overall, a nice couple, just needing more experience with how they clean, timing, and thoroughness. One last pro is that they leave dog bones for your dogs! A very nice perk.
