Beware, this business does not seem to be able to produce an accurate quote for their services.
This company's representative came to our apartment, did a walk-through, and estimated that cleaning our one-bedroom apartment to get it move-out ready would take two people 3 hours apiece - 6 hours total. This seemed reasonable, and so we agreed to this quote.
When we were moving across the country, we received a call from a single cleaner saying it would take her more than 4 hours to do the job. We said that was fine, assuming she meant that she would bring in another cleaner to do an additional hour with her, as quoted.
Imagine our surprise when we received a bill for 12 hours of cleaning! To be honest, we would not have contracted with them if they had accurately quoted the number of hours it would take them - as non-professional cleaners, it would take us less than 12 hours to clean a one-bedroom apartment.
I called and tried to resolve the issue, offering to meet them halfway at 9 hours, but they only gave us a small discount for 10 and a half hours worth of work for "poor communication".
Given that we ultimately paid 175% of the initial quote, I think "poor communication" puts it lightly.
If you are to use the service, I would recommend getting your initial quote in writing, and to be incredibly explicit with them if they request to send more people or spend more time cleaning your property. We have not received any complaints from our former apartment complex so I am assuming the apartment is clean, but again, we would not have used the service if they had given us an accurate estimate in the first place, and would not use them again. read more
