I called to see if it could be fixed and I was told there would be a $10 charge ( We just paid $75 for the service). When I questioned the charge and tried to explain that the manicure wasn't executed properly, the technician hung up on me. We rarely have issues with nails/hair, but on the rare occasion something doesn't turn out right, most normal businesses are happy to make it right. This review would have been very different if I didn't feel I was treated so poorly when I called to see if she could come in sometime soon to get it fixed. We will not be back and unless you enjoy paying someone $75 to make your kid cry and hanging up on you, I wouldn't suggest you go there either. Oh, and he spent a good bit of the time he was doing her manicure on the phone... maybe another disappointed customer ?!?

To give you an idea of how good she is: I haven't lived in PA for almost a decade, but whenever I find myself back there I go out of my way to get my hair cut by Crissy. I have lived in at least four other states and four major US cities and have yet to find a stylist as talented as Crissy who I trust to cut and color my hair. I always leave other salons disappointed and with an outrageous bill. What costs me at least $250 in other cities (cut, color/highlight, style, eyebrows) only runs me $100 at Bella! I've occasionally had my hair cut and colored by other stylists at this salon and have never been disappointed with the results. Bella Salon and Spa is fantastic! The staff are fantastic, the decor is fantastic, the results are fantastic! You really can't go wrong with this salon.

AWFUL, and painful all the way around. I got my nails done there once and will never ever do so…read moreagain. Aside from the fact that the nail tech was in a rush and kept burning me with the drill thing (left it in one place too long on every nail) they were more expensive than other places and my nails didn't even look good at the end. They were shaped really weird (the tops of my nails were like concave rather than straight across (supposed to be squared) and the acrylic was way too thick. Within a day or two the acrylic bubbled underneath and you could see a definitive line where they filled my nails at the bottom. This place just sucks, plain and simple. Interestingly, other people in my "usual" nail place (I don't get my nails done except for special occasions) have complained of similar problems at this place. One woman who I met at my "usual" place showed me where the Nail Tech people used the drill thing and ground right through the center of her nail and her hands got all infected with fungus. She was at my usual place to try to repair the damage and get her hands looking half decent for a wedding the next day. Beware this place.
