Very disappointed. My teenage daughter came out of the salon crying. She was so upset with how her manicure turned out. Nothing like the picture she showed the tech. I called to see if it could be fixed and I was told there would be a $10 charge ( We just paid $75 for the service). When I questioned the charge and tried to explain that the manicure wasn't executed properly, the technician hung up on me. We rarely have issues with nails/hair, but on the rare occasion something doesn't turn out right, most normal businesses are happy to make it right. This review would have been very different if I didn't feel I was treated so poorly when I called to see if she could come in sometime soon to get it fixed. We will not be back and unless you enjoy paying someone $75 to make your kid cry and hanging up on you, I wouldn't suggest you go there either. I have been to multiple nail salons for pedicures in the area (most which are sub par) and this has been the best pedicure I have gotten thus far. Very clean salon. The nail tech was professional and nice. The pedicure took around 30 minutes. Ideally, I would have liked a longer pumice scrub for calluses as well as a longer massage. The massage lasted approximately 3 minutes for each leg. It's not long but at least lotion is not just rubbed on your leg. I don't think nail salons here really go out of their way to make a pedicure a spa experience. Good deal for the money and if you're in a hurry. read more

Went there yesterday to get my nails and toes done for my engagement pictures that are today. He did mine and my moms nails and toes done in 1 hour, and I got a full set of acrylic, and I felt like it was very rushed. Then I woke up this morning to one nail missing a chunk of polish and they were bubbling up. Well needless to say i was able to peel it off to WET POLISH underneath, which i tried to get off with nail polish remover to no avail. I later found out it was gel, when I asked for regular polish. Thankfully I found a place that got me in first thing this morning to fix them but I definitely would not recommend this place! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The man did a pedicure and manicure in under 30 minutes and both were poor quality, I had to return to get my toes fixed. I was told they only had gel polish which was a lie because when I went back they were fixed with regular polish. They are over priced for pedicures and the worker was extremely rude and pushy... My daughter got her nails done for Easter. After 3 days she lost 2. I called to ask if this was normal. I was told no, to bring her down and they will be taken care of ASAP. I got her down ASAP, another nail was literally ready to come off and she lost it there at the salon. Personally I feel the whole nail thing is a crock but that's my opinion. She walked in and was told she would be charged. They couldn't remember the call I just made, acted as if this was something she did. In a way I say thank you because she has wasted so much money here for years, it really adds up when you think about it. Then I see on fb and my post I met so many others who had the same issue I really believe they just do this because there is always another sucker walking in after the next. You can ignore this warning if you want, but this literally just happened today. So many say screw it and go to another place. I don't post a lot, but this really hurt her and offended me by ignoring her, there own mistake and there lack of interest in making it right. I'm really upset. I have gone here for years and spent so much money here between nails and eye brow waxing... The other day I asked for a full set of black nails and 4 gems on 2 nails... I was charged 90!!!!! I figured it was because he only had gel available. But I didn't even receive that. Plain acrylic. Next day 3 rhinestones fall off my one nail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Wouldn't even give this place 1 star.. 7 minute pedicure for 40$(35$ pedi 5$ for regular polish) my friend got the same half-assed pedicure with french gel and a simple glitter line and it was 50 for gel, and 10 extra for the line, rushed and rude. read more

My experience here was terrible! I had gone to this salon many times before this but this time will be my last! There is no way the guy could have been licensed! He didn't put soap in the mani dish, he didn't use cuticle oil, he put one nail under the light at a time and not for enough time. He told both my daughter and I to watch when showering so our polish did not come off. I got a French and he just painted a white tip on my base coated nail. No other polish no pink no beige. My daughters polish came off the next day which was the day of her dance and mine came off in 2 days. If you value how your nails look do not go there! read more

Never been before. They are very gentle and the pedicures are very relaxing. Love this salon!!! Definitely recommended to everyone.

Horrible customer service. The man doing my nails actually was mad that I spoke up that I didn't like how my nails turned out. I was hung up on and my calls were never answered again. I would never recommend this salon. read more
