The place is clean but I didn't realize the guys don't always wear gloves so that's a bit unsanitary bc they could have a rash or cut on their finger that may bleed into the food or cross contamination. Staff are friendly and you can see them working hard behind the counter making the bagels fresh! A thing that I appreciate is that the bacon is properly crispy here as it should be. The bagel was pretty good - I got some kind of riff on a normal offering in order to get melted cheese and avocado together with some chili flakes. It's not a giant NY style bagel (still haven't found a proper NY bagel here, I know I know) but it'll satisfy in the meantime. They were happy to mix and match their offerings, and their bagel/coffee special is the best deal in town (you get your coffee for $2 - whatever kind you want!) My dining partner chose the Wilbur bagel which was an unusual bagel filling with a spiced pulled pork. Again like Burger Burger, this was a very messy bagel to eat although tasty. We also had to try the Peanut butter and salted caramel smoothie. For $7 this was quite reasonable with the unique flavours and great flavour. Seating was very limited so we had to takeaway.
