If you stop in for a referral for a specialist, be sure they do not provide you with an expired referral number. Also be sure they don't overcharge you if you have a copay. Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. Staff were all friendly and it felt like family by the time i went into labor. I had a beautiful and peaceful hands-off labor in which midwives followed my lead and allowed me to birth my baby how i felt best. They still do routine tests, write ultrasound scripts, offer pitocin if needed, they do the newborn screening and eye ointment if wanted. Theyre holistic and believe in every woman but also rooted in modern medicine. They did all my labwork onsite. The day of labor they received me with warm smiles and i went home 5 hours after delivery. Absolutely wonderful crew who know how amazing and empowering birth can be

The office is bright, serenely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and felt very pampered and well taken care of. This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our session and even took advantage of getting additional saline to get extra hydrated for only $10 extra (it costs significantly more than that where I live). After being set up, Dr.Banfield gave us some privacy to relax and rejuvenate, checking in on us often to ensure we were ok. When we were done checking out and paying was very easy and quick. My daughter works full-time and goes to law school at night and not even 5mins after we left she told me how amazing and energized she felt and that she's convinced that this is something that she needs to do as part of her self-care...I couldn't agree more! The whole experience was professional, inviting/friendly, and custom-tailored. The cost of the services were the most affordable compared to other places I researched and there were no hidden fees or trying to upsell us any additional services or products (which I greatly appreciate). A lot of times I don't feel like I'm heard and, doctors are always telling me that I'm fine. But she really sat and listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.

This is by far the best run, most caring provider's office I've ever had the pleasure of attending. I am a senior with a prior heart condition and would not normally be comfortable with a NP or PA-C, however, just the opposite at Progressive Health. I see Jennifer G. and she is brilliant, caring, kind, and thorough. My daughter says the same thing about the NP she sees. The clinic staff are efficient and well trained. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments and they also have telehealth if requested. This office covers all of the areas of whole health from an exercise facility to healthy pot lucks and community service. What an amazing concept! I would recommend this clinic to everyone!!
