I'm thrilled with the one I chose and it's been a fantastic upgrade from the old one I dragged around for years. I also upgraded my desk chair and he set me up with a fantastic deal. I called the store, and a rude girl named Michelle answered and said it was on a "will call" status. Meaning, they never ordered the mattress. What a sham. She supposedly claims they're delivering it on the 24th, which is not the day Ken had booked. She rudely goes "Well there is no room on our trucks for your order." How the hell is there no room when it was ordered a week ago????? Don't go here. Don't waste your time. I'm wondering if they are even going to deliver it. Oh- and the "Michelle" character claimed to be a manager. I am Very disappointed.
