I saw Dr Conrad for an adjustment and my back pain went away before I even left the office. Dr Conrad really cared that I received the best adjustment possible. He adjusted, checked my feet, and adjusted again until he was satisfied. I was very happy with the adjustment and care I received at this office. I can't recommend this office and NUCCA chiropractic care highly enough. Back pain, neck pain, headaches, anxiety, and so much more has been helped through NUCCA adjustments. Please don't see anyone who aggressively and forcefully twists, cracks and pops your neck and back. I saw those other aggressive chiropractors and all I had was pain. NUCCA is gentle and precise - and where I found healing.

I first came in at 24 weeks pregnant because I was dealing with severe pregnancy-related sciatica that had become almost debilitating. I met with Dr Lehrman for an adjustment, and although I was initially skeptical about chiropractic care, I'm so glad I gave it a chance. After just a few visits, my pain improved significantly with each adjustment, and now it's almost completely gone. Dr Lehrman was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was also relieved to learn that I can continue receiving treatment almost until the end of my pregnancy if my sciatica returns or flares up. If you're struggling with sciatica--especially during pregnancy--I highly recommend this office and Leerman. I'm incredibly grateful for the relief I've experienced and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Honestly, if I could stick to my treatment plan I'm sure it would be gone by now, but my work/family schedule often has me rearranging or having to reschedule, sometimes for weeks. The Inside Out mission statement: from my experience, "Hide behind faith to liberate the contents…read moreof wallets." As there is no question, the focus is not on providing effective care. "Expect Miracles" is what they have painted on their walls. It indeed would be a miracle if their approach to healthcare offered any relief. In fact, Inside Out refused to address the cause of my pain "until I'd been a patient 3 months". Why might this be? Because after 12 weeks of therapy you'd be in debt to them for over $1800 based on their used car sales approach to structuring your billing. The combination of a cult and a gym staffed with used car sales veterans, "praising Jesus", would best explain their approach and interaction. Further, standing behind God as a means to defraud people by espousing faith to gain trust, is an instance where the word "despicable" truly applies. If you're seeking a solution to back pain or any other health struggle - do yourself, your family and your friends a favor and seek out any other alternative. Simply, you could imagine your back to be adjusted and it'd likely be more effective than the $50 spent per visit at Inside Out. Lastly, as a medical professional for over 2 decades I can attest to the fact the vertebrae they claim to be "adjusting" are not anatomically correct in location. Inside out is a gimmick and cash grab!
