Receptionist can be a little rude & impatient... from what I remember. However, this is why it's a year later. They work that they did probably cause damage to my transmission, they either pounded in my CV axle or forced it in some way or another, because it's chipped, which means there's most likely metal shaving in the transmission oil. I have to flush out my transmission oil. It did hold for a year though. But I'm upset that I thought I had the problem fixed & now it is not, & I have to fix their mistakes. Which I now have to pay for again. I'm currently at another shop hoping that they can undo the damage that Jason's caused to my transmission.
