The last problem, we asked the company to come look at our new leak and it cost us $189 for a 15 minute visit with the information that our roof was not the problem. Still, the damage to the ceiling was above the place where Correll said the leak was happening. The owner said this was standard practice to charge for a repair, which never happened, saying Insurance and the pay for two people to come to investigate caused the high rate. We were never notified that it would cost us this much for a visit. Correll said no one has a problem with this and because it was classified as a "repair" that justified the cost. We still have a leak and no repair was done. If this suits you, then do business with this company, we will not.

They have requested all the previously signed documents over several email requests, because they kept forgetting or needing different information. 11 emails back and forth finally resulted in me making a phone call to a Jenna Esopi. When I asked if they had received everything they needed and I could schedule a date to have my roof fixed, I was told the new management hadn't reviewed the paperwork yet and they couldn't come fix my roof until it was reviewed. Apparently the new owners are entirely electronic, and didn't have my contract on file. I just want my roof fixed! Why is it always such a headache to get these companies to do what they said they promised to do?
