They took advantage of me with this property I bought they never did a walk-through before I bought it to make sure it was cleaned out like they said it was gonna be it was supposed to be plowed by the seller or the realtor until I bought it and it wasn't my friend and I came up here. There was over a foot of snow we are both I'm disabled and my friend was helping me shovel until we had somebody that plowed it but these two people for realtors they will take advantage of anybody them somebody will be held accountable because I was told it was supposedly 54% for fuel for propane and I've only lived in the home for four days and it was at 25% so there's no way that propane would've been at 54% so they totally lied on that as well I had to pay out of pocket this is not right that I had to pay for this when I was told one thing and it's another. I was always told by Woody you can trust I cannot trust anybody from a realtor office anymore and I will not recommend these two to anybody or this firm again do not trust them.

She was helping my family look at homes and even brought us to showings and had many email and phone conversations. As out of state buyers we were never informed about needing a buyer agent to represent us, we assumed she was our agent working in our best interest, WRONG. When we decided to invest time and money into a property she was selling we were not informed upfront that she was not working for us as a buyer. Her advice at that point became questionably unethical. We were given poor advise at was not in out best interest (or the sellers) and after the deal fell through only 2 weeks after Purchase and sales agreement was signed we lost out deposit because of deceptive omission and uneducated advice. The contract was misleading and at no point explained to us. In the end nothing was legally done wrong by her or her firm but if u don't understand or have a professional reading your contracts don't trust peoples word or integrity, even if they appear nice or to be helping you. Also don't let anyone pressure you like they did to my family. Final thought, and example to the real character of Margaret. After our family could not come up with the funding to purchase the property she asked us if we could "borrow the money from family, or come up with it "some other way" Adding the seller can "take you to court for performance".-via text message. Not the kind of ethical tactics i expect from a honest realtor. This info was brought to the Owner/ Broker Alan DeStefano who seemed unfazed by my concerns. The system walks even Web newbies through the process of defining what one wants in a web site, content, flow, look & feel, SEO, etc. Because of this, I got exactly what I wanted, and a site that really reflects me, my business and my value proposition. I would recommend them strongly as a resource for small businesses, particularly professional services businesses.
