Everything !!! Don't move here or rent from this corrupt government funding housing unit!! I would…read morelike to know where all the money is going instead of fixing the apartment and leaving your tenants to live in bugs and picking up all tenants feces and trash and cleaning up all their nasty mess. Anybody out there wanna audit this company and see why they left so many people to live in filth and not be able to use their oven their bathtub even their closet closets just some of the little things, including being injured a couple times on top of living here getting sick being in the hospital because this place got my state registered medical service dog hurt and sick! And I'm getting sick and hurt too also living in this place have to go on special medication because of this place so again SK management why are you ignoring my emails? Why are you ignoring your tenants? Basic needs to live in a clean, healthy environment? Why are you allowing tenants flea infested, Manji cats to run around the building wherever they please? Why is your Property manager just simply not letting another manager handle me? Why are you cleaning up other apartment? That is literally three doors down for me while I'm still living in filth and nothing's getting fixed over here the way it should be? I moved in mid February. Y'all Why is your on-site living help telling other businesses of other peoples that live here to other people causing drama and problems? Why did you not let me call the police when you were screaming at me in my bathroom when I finally got you to come out here to see what the problem was? A $250 bribe is completely wrong!!!! This is just a small collection of photos. I have shared but I have way way more than I have a lot worse than I was forced to clean and deal with even though they stated they had two people come in and clean this place nope, I cleaned it.!!

Cons: Luke who works in the admin office is super rude. Also, you pay sewer, which is only about $25 per month, but still an additional bill to worry about. And the biggest problem with this place: they up rent A LOT after your first year. And even more the year after that. And EVEN MORE if don't renew your lease. For example, I was paying about $800 the first year. Then, it went up to $875 if I signed a 16-month lease. After that lease was up, we wanted to move, so I wanted to go month-to-month. It was going to be $1075 per month if I didn't sign a lease! And if I did sign a lease, it was going to be $975. And they essentially trap you into staying there, because you need to give them 60-days notice when you want to move out, but no new landlord will allow you to wait 60-days before moving in. I definitely would not recommend living here.

I would not recommend Penacook Place Apartments…read more My experience has been extremely frustrating due to poor management. When you move in, you're required to sign a lease filled with rules, policies, and regulations that tenants are expected to follow. However, the office managers don't seem willing to enforce those same lease terms when other tenants violate them. Instead of addressing complaints, investigating issues, or holding tenants accountable according to the lease, the office's response is simply to tell residents to call the police. It feels like management avoids dealing with problems that are clearly their responsibility under the lease agreement. A lease should apply equally to everyone, and management should enforce it consistently. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. If you're looking for a property where management is responsive and willing to uphold the community rules they've asked everyone to sign, I would look elsewhere.
