However the loaf will not remain fresh the next day...I believe there are very few preservatives in their bread ( all the better I say!) Freeze the bread and it is really good for toast. If you need a healthy lunch this little bakery does a fantastic bread roll filled with a variety of salads and cold meats. There is always a crowd at lunchtime and the ladies are quick at whipping up a sambo for the hungry worker. This is a little find and I always buy my bread from here.

Susan also makes bagel sandwich with smoke salmon / ham and cheese. Nice option for your lunch and I really love it! You can also have loaves of bread to take home. I tried the dark rye one and it is awesome. If you feel like some sweets, there are also selections of cakes, donuts, and pastries also which are very tasty and fresh.
