Feeling a bit hesitant at first to do it on bike but it was the best feeling. It was a perfect 68, clear skies and lilac blooms along the way. The perfection was almost overwhelming. A tram is also available for a round trip adventure but the bike was just too fun to pass up. Along the way we saw all kinds of little critters, snakes, fish and birds. Stopped at the tree house, chapel and most of the waterfalls. On bike with all the stops about 2 hours, walking could easily be 3+. Bikes are $15 each and I highly recommend getting there early so you have your pick cause the good ones go fast. Some have baskets and you should get one of those and then fill it with a picnic lunch. Little under $20 per person for entry, with discounts for veterans, seniors and children. Large parking but the place is popular, so again if possible arrive early.

It was like Debi and Charlie had known us for years. My flowers were perfect. The pictures were lovely and the video of our ceremony still brings tears to my eyes. We stayed for 2 days and had a yummy breakfast both mornings delivered to our door. I am not sure who the cook was but kudos to whomever, because it was GREAT! My husband loved the hot tub and considered it the best part of our cabin. I liked that the cabin was so clean and fresh feeling. The deck and views were wonderful, so good in fact we spent much of our time there, even in the heat. Comfortable seating and umbrellas kept us very comfortable! The pool was terrific with lots of floating devices and toys for big and little kids. We used the grill for BBQ, fire pits for S'mores, kids loved swing set, even played horshoes. We had a blast on the pontoon, Sean drove for us and we enjoyed his company. Can't say enough about how accommodating he was! Both on pontoon and assisting when we had questions and made some excellent suggestions. We certainly had a wonderful family vacation and I have recommended to my friends and family. This is also a great place for those who are horseback riding beginners. The staff provide an excellent tutorial and match riders to a horse based on their skill level. Skill level is self reported so they do some "training" in the arena before going into the open pastures. This is not your ordinary nose to tail trail ride. If your comfortable with it the owners will allow you to canter a bit in good areas. You are also free to ride side by side instead of staying single file.
