The contract was signed in March.2012, the agreement was to finish the project no later than May.2012. They started off well. But the moment they received the 3rd installment, the crew would not show up any more,Joe was dismissive of our phone calls,emails and any attempt to get a hold of him was impossible. Being desperate, we started taking over some part of the project in the hopes of backyard being finished for the summer. Needless to say that as of today Nov.21.2012, the project is still not completed. We ended up firing him, and now we have to hire another contractor to finish the job. Then take him to small claims court.We also file a complaint with better business beuro. I know we are not the only victim of Stonetech. Joe Murgel is a fraud and lunatic. He took advantage of our trust and ran off with our hard earned money. He also ruined our summer the time we were planning to celebrate our wedding with our family.
