I'd best describe this as a suburban pub, but then again it is located in a part of Albury that I would best describe as the suburbs. It wasn't too bad, that they had some decent beer offerings, but honestly, compared to the ones closer to the city centre, it really wasn't that great. Went here for a family get together one weekday lunch time. The place was a little busy as it's popular with the locals. The bistro was about half full and the Meals came out at a reasonable pace. The food was ok for a standard pub meal nothing to rave about. I had calamari and it was a bit chewy which I don't mind but I've definitely had better. My partner had a lamb burger and the meat patty was nice and I wish I had ordered it instead. Meals were reasonably priced but wouldn't pay any more for what they are really. Would go back there with friends or family but wouldn't really be my pick. Definitely some room for improvement. read more

Got here and waited over 20 minutes to be given a menu. The place smelt bad and the ambience was not good. Food took over an hour to come and we even contemplated asking where it was. One person with me ordered a chicken kiev which was over cooked and there was little to no filling at all. I ordered a chicken parmi and it was okay but just warn and quite sloppy.
