The owners, a mother and son duo, are great to work with and very accommodating. The price for renting the space is competitive and the location is good. Think Space is posted in the Westerville Plaza on the corner of Cleveland and Main by St Ann's hospital. It can be a little tricky to see but if you go directly behind McDonald's you can't miss it!

The main room is clean and open and has versatile tables and chairs as well as a projector, podium, and micro phone. You can use the space for meetings, presentations, networking events, seminars, anything really. The space is clean, appealing and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. I was here for a networking event and the space worked well. My only gripe is there is no signage so you need the exact address to find it. If you're hosting something there, I'd be sure to have a sign.

We organized a walk through and after seeing the space in person, we all agreed it was perfect. For starters, there's plenty of free street parking nearby. We had about thirty guests and no one had a problem finding a space. Even if we did, they have arrangements with nearby businesses to offer even more free spots. Secondly, they have two entrances but the gates from the courtyard are definitely my favorite way to enter. The courtyard is stunning! There's tons of seating, a shaded area, and it's decorated very tastefully. Once you walk in you're greeted with an art deco vibe. The kitchen area includes a marble countertop, a giant sink, fridge, and coffee maker. The seating on the first floor is plentiful and varies. Our guests really love the tall booth seating. There are also two restrooms and a small quarters area around the corner for prepping and storage and whatnot. Lastly, they do offer coworking spaces upstairs and they are fabulous! I would highly recommend this space for any sort of event. Whether it be a shower, wedding, or whatever your heart desires, you'll be happy with the easy process and your guests will love the unique Gatsby-like vibes.

One critical requirement in selling a home is trust. Do to my realtor's religion she observed/practiced sundown Thursday until Sunday of which she did not make me aware of prior to signing the contract. There were a multitude of events that occurred the showed negligence on her behalf . For example: 1)Contract signed May 3- did not receive a copy of the contract until July 6 after several requests. 2) Photographer- The original photos taken in May did not meet my satisfaction as they appeared amature. I provided this input immediately and it was ignored. In June (1 month later) a professional photographer took photos. The quality was significantly different and you made the distinction that this photographer was used for your million dollar listings. 3) The request was made to take the old photos off of the listing once the new photos were uploaded. To date there are 100 photos online, I am disappointed that there are so many and the order is non-sequential. 4) Ive attempted to have conversations regarding strategy ...twice I've been given a time for a return call of which did not happen. 5)My home was listed at 419,000. Terri contacted mr regarding an offer for $365,000, and stated it should be sold as is. The interested parties stated they could not afford any more than the offer. I told Terri, the lowest price I was willing to accept was $399,000. She did not attempt to negotiate with the potential buyers, just relaying my quote. They offered $399,000 of we accepted. Terri anxiously relayed all request of the buyers. I felt as if she were more interested in representing the buyers. She ask if she could place a sold sign in my yard, I told her no...she asked the buyers and place a sign in the yard In sum Terri Barnett appears to be a hedonistic realtor only seek her interested. Very unfortunate and I would not recommend for a real estate transaction.
