Dr Coulter was very accommodating. I came in late to an appointment for a lower back injury I sustained whilst in the gym. Despite the lateness she helped me become informed on what the injury was, what likely caused the injury and what I should do to help it recover, and she was able to check and realign the back to make sure nothing was out of place. Excellent customer service and she was happy to continue to answer questions and give advice days after the appointment to continue to help my recovery as much as she could. I tend to avoid doctors office visits and hospitals as much as possible but this was a very pleasant experience so if I do have anymore joint pain or injuries in the future I would not hesitate to come back. Finding a chiro that is EDS savvy, who listens, and doesn't over correct and hurt the patient is nearly impossible. Not so with Dr. Coulter!!! Her table side manner is always kind, compassionate, supportive, and eager to help. She actively works with the rest of my medical team to provide the correct treatment for me. I highly recommend Dr. Coulter! I have been a patient of Dr Coulters for 10 years. I initially went to Dr Coulter in 2013-14 for a neck/shoulder injury that occurred from a car accident. During this time I also had post concussive syndrome. Dr Coulter was very kind and patient with me as I felt very out of sorts and was squeamish with my neck.
