For the producer - I highly recommend you watch some of your peers broadcasts. DFW has great chemistry, lots of fun and is engaging with their audience covering local and national news. WRAL team doesn't have chemistry or engagement. WRAL feels like a show that would only be available to a prisoner. It's sad and depressing.

I stopped watching their news after 5 years of daily watching due to almost daily spelling errors in their "supers" , and the replacement of jighly trained and respected journalists with kids who possess little experience, and no confidence in their reporting. Does that ME confident in their reporting? No. Not all all. Except for 2 or three true professionals (including Steve Daniels and Sydnee Scofield, there really no impetus to watch this channel for news.

So what's more important to WRAL an "Apple Watch missing from a package that was cut open and resealed" or a veteran being ripped off for $4,210.00 that was trying to get help? I contacted WRAL 5 is On Your Side concerning my daytime nightmare with Chelsa Ashley of Certified Storage Solutions, (registered office) LLC 1560 Westbrook Plaza Dr., Winston Salem, NC. In addition, the corporate office located at W. Lebanon Mt. Airy, NC. Both business locations were informed about a metal building I purchased in the amount of $4,210.00. The day after the installment I discovered a rusted support beam and immediately contacted Chelsa. I was told she did not sell rusted steel. Later I discovered a leak in the side of the building that continues to flood the floor. The building was installed in June 2023 and I did not get a reply until October after complaints had been made to the NC Dept. Of Justice Consumer Protection whom has some lobbies taking complaints and the bought out BBB of NC. I received a text message and not a phone call from Chelsa attempting to force a date for a technician to come out. Most professional business will coordinate a reasonable agreed date. Therefore, it was seen as a rejection. Due solely to the lack of concern and total unprofessionalism in responding I had to spray form on the floor to protect the expensive contacts in the building. However, I later discovered it was a leak on the side of the building. Chelsa asked for photos to be sent of the deflects in which I provided. After she revived the photos she DETERMINED that that the I had breached the contact. Therefore, she would not be fixing the issues. She went into detail about arbitration, boasting about her attorney, and stated I should have read the contract. In her response to the BBB and NC Dept. of Justice she specially stated that the root cause of the leak is most likely "the mental was not painted." This clearly states that I was sold defective metal. Before, the onset of discovering the leak a photo of the rusted steel was sent in which she could not justify the reason for correction. She still is requesting photos of the issues and refuses to make the necessary repairs as my expense items are being damaged. The business had no problem with accepting $4,210.00 cash but will not state that I have been ripped off. NOW WHO'S ON YOUR SIDE, NOT 5! When I wore a military uniform I had the country behind me now I have a business that fighting against me!.

Look at Monday - Friday. A glut of trite courtroom TV shows fills the weekday afternoon time slot on MYRDC. The pseudo judges on those courtroom programs are simple buffoons reading from a script. Old episodes of Dateline are shown on channel 28.1 during the morning and at night. I will even examine the weekend schedule of TV programming for MYRDC. The only thing you'll see on weekends during the mornings and afternoons are silly info-commercials. Sinclair Broadcasting should not own a channel. The FCC should have never allowed MYRDC to become a channel. Complain morning, noon and night to the FCC. Tell the FCC that you want their commission to disband and permanently get rid of Sinclair Broadcasting's MYRDC channel. A music channel or movie channel would be alot better than MYRDC.
