She pays attention to detail, nice conversationist, great colors to choose from not to mention my hands and feet look & feel amazing. Plus it was no more expensive then the small walk-in places. Then it was off for a massage. It is the 3rd massage I have had with Sam. She starts out slow to put you in the zone. She softly asks if the pressure is ok. Then she moves on the the knots and tension. She now knows what I need and focus's on those areas. The soreness is gone and I feel so relaxed. Thank you both JOJO and Sam for a great day!

Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I ended up bleaching hair at home (2 round) and got to my desired level and dyed it at home and my curls were fine but not ruined like she explained it.

So I tried their top tier artist (90$) and she made my hair much shorter than I wanted. I don't feel like she has the experience with curly hair. It's obvious they don't have a curly hair specialist here. It's a great place for a basic cut on straight hair. They give great massages included with your cut and the ambience is nice.
