Instead of bleaching, she explained that bleaching at all would damage it (obviously) but she explained it like it would ruin it curly or straight but she had bleached hair too? I tried to do my undercut instead because I could just shave it, but she still refused, I'm guessing cause she didn't know how to do my hair. She offered me a moisturizing treatment because my hair was dry, (mind you because I didn't wash my hair for the upcoming bleaching) and then to shave my undercut? I ended up bleaching hair at home (2 round) and got to my desired level and dyed it at home and my curls were fine but not ruined like she explained it.

Although the first time, the girl had to call someone else over to show her how to do it (around 65, if I remember correctly). So I tried their top tier artist (90$) and she made my hair much shorter than I wanted. I don't feel like she has the experience with curly hair. It's obvious they don't have a curly hair specialist here. It's a great place for a basic cut on straight hair. They give great massages included with your cut and the ambience is nice.

From the moment I booked to the big reveal, everything was perfect. Alyson worked her magic, and honestly, I barely recognized myself--I looked **so** dang good.
