Lots of excuses but my credit card was charged and the gift certificate never came, nice Christmas for my son! I give them the benefit of a doubt and asked the owner to send it to me when Christmas came and went. It never came. I then asked the owner to issue me a credit, never happened. I have reported him to the sheriff's office and my credit card company is filing a fraud charge against him. Worst part is talking to him several times and hearing all the lies and promises. I hope you end up where you deserve to be, criminal!

Plackard placed. No room clean up. Second rule, let them know at the gas station if we need the room cleaned. So, essentially, 3 out of five days no room cleaning. And the worse part of it, cockroaches - nothing was done about it. I will not stay there again, nor will I or resident family members recommend this place to visitors. I agree with Eek! Realizing I was not signing on for the Ritz Carlton, I figured I could rough it for a night. The room looked like your grandma's house thrown into a blender and spewed onto the walls. The in-room dehumidifier hadn't done the trick and there was a rancid stench. A spider descended upon me while using the bathroom mirror. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work, which made it sort of difficult for two girls to get ready for a wedding, there were burn holes in the furniture and tears in the bedspreads. To top it all off, the heat didn't work. We would have had a nicer experience sleeping in our car. Then, when I asked for a partial refund due to the outlet not working and the heat not working, they "disappeared." No response. Go figure. It was, literally, worse than a tent in the woods.
