This was my first time going to this location because my usual location (off Battlefield) was booked up for a few weeks. I now know why this location had so much availability - because their customer service sucks and they are scam artists. I scheduled an oil change... I arrive and they proceed to tell me that my total will be $140 when online it shows $94 (shown in picture). When questioned about it, they try to say that it's because of oil prices going up which is funny because oil prices have actually been going down. I showed them the price online and they still try to charge me $140. INSANE. You can't advertise a price and then charge someone $50 over that price because of "oil prices going up" - that's a joke. Then if I want a rental car, I have to pay for it. The other locations I've gone to provide complimentary rental cars. My car was dropped off at 10am and was not finished until 5:30pm for a simple oil change. I received absolutely no communication on when my vehicle would be done. I had to call them an hour before they closed to ask them when my car would be done and they didn't even answer my call - I received a text message shortly after I called with the response. To continue with trying to steal every penny they can from people, they let me know that if I pay with a credit card they will charge 3.5%. Again, never experienced this at the other locations I've been to both in Virginia and California. The service rep and manager were both incredibly rude. I will never come to this location ever again and plan to tell everyone I know about my experience.

I purchased my car from the dealership. The sales person was wonderful to deal with. But in my five…read moreyears of owning the car, the service department has been a huge negative. Three times they have charged me for work they either did not do or that my car did not need because it was just done. For example, charging me for a tire rotation and me realizing they never rotated the tires. Or, taking it in for the 90,000 mile checkup, which includes a brake inspection, but taking it in 30 days later and being told I need new brakes. Last time I took it in, they charged me for work they had already done and was not needed again because it's only done every 10,000 miles. When I complained to the Manager of the Service Department, he conceded the errors (as he had the other two times) and told me he wanted to do what he could to earn my business back. He said he would call me first thing the very next day. It's been months and I still have not heard from him. The lack of trust that I have in them to service my car properly and to keep my car safe far outweighs the benefits of their loyalty program. Watch your bills, watch your service history, and chalk your tires before you go in or you may very well get charged for work that was not done or not needed.
