Okay so I'm leaving a review for Jessica and this is just for the purchasing process alone. I found the car online and contacted them and was connected with someone who was not Jessica in the beginning, but at least started the process. Once I was in contact with her she was able to get my current, non-running car towed to get appraised for the trade in. I got off work and arrived after 6:30pm (it closes at 7pm so for context this is important). Once I arrived I had the car I wanted to purchase in mind and they knew so they had it detailed and ready to go. During the purchasing process we hit a few bumps (no fault of theirs, but the banks) so they offered another car and let me look at it but once again I had it set in my mind I wanted the 2019 Honda civic. Jessica spent hours trying to figure out a solution so I could drive home with the car I wanted. Her and the team stayed until almost 10pm to make sure I received the car I wanted and was happy. The drive home was smooth but will update later on the condition of the car after a while. But overall, the purchasing process was great! read more

I purchased a truck from Elite, joke motors and returned several times for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with it. frustrated I gave up and bought a brand new vehicle. I have recently been financially able to take it for repairs that have thus far cost me almost $5000.00 and the extended warranty that they sold me has covered $800.00. I feel as though I was sold a lemon and would not recommend these people to an enemy for a car purchase. Keith was my salesperson and he is no longer there. I bought a car from Chris who assured me I was buying a quality vehicle yet after owning the car for 2 weeks I had a LOT of water in my car. I took it to Chris and they said they would price the job and get back to me. I still have not heard from them and it's 10 months later. I took the car to the dealership and they fixed the water problem in addition to the necessary repairs that were needed. The radiator was damaged, there was front end damage and the bumper was barely hanging on, the seat belt sensor stayed on and a couple of other little things that amounted to almost $5000. DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM HERE!!! please do not buy a car from here it will be a waste of time. my experience with this dealer was i traded in my car for a 2011 ford ranger on a Tuesday. then Sunday it broke down. i brought it back to them on a Wednesday picked up it Thursday they told me it was good to go. and then it broke down AGAIN the next day! i had to wait four days to bring it in for the second time. so when i brought it in they kept my truck for five days to "make sure it was fixed and it wouldn't happen again" so i trusted them. went to go pick it up on saturday Chris told me it was good to go. i told him i had a long drive to make it back home he said the problem was solved and don't worry about it. i drove about 4 hours home and it broke down for the third time!! if anything the mechanic should be fired he has no clue what he is doing or the owner should be fired and the dealer shut down because i know other people who have had this same problem. so please do not buy a car from this place!!! Would also like to add that they told me they would mail me my plates. And still haven't gotten them. I've been waiting for over a month for them. They took my address down and everything and i never received my plates. This dealer should be shut down !!! This is how they treat the US military...ridiculous read more

My daughter's 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4 x 4 was purchased from Elite in 2015 and it recently failed state inspection due to leaky power steering fluid. She then took her Jeep to Elite Motors and spoke with Ivo who was able to not only complete all the repairs recommended by the state inspector, he also replaced a faulty axle and hose assembly for the exact same price she was quoted by Tread Quarters (& their quote did not include the cost of the axle and hose assembly - much less added labor)! Ivo and his team did an awesome job on the repairs - plus they cleaned her vehicle to a show room shine once it was ready for pickup. I was excited that I found this 2007 Ford Mustang convertible online. I live in Colorado Springs, Co. I contacted the dealer and decided to get the car. It came with the Carfax guarantee so why not. Well after I got the car transported from Virginia Beach to here, the transport company, K1 transport, damaged the roof and hood, I had my insurance company take care of the damage. In that process I was told the car had been rear ended pretty hard. So i contacted Keith and then Wendy. I was told pretty much too bad. Not our problem. We didn't know it had been in an accident. Not sure I believe that since there is obvious damage in the rear bumper. Now being in another state I wasnt able to just drive over to look at the car. I depended on honesty from the dealer and was not given that. Had I known this car was damaged, I certainly wouldn't have bought it. So I have reached out once again to the dealer hoping they will make this right. I've also contacted CarMax. So the people are nice at the dealership but I feel taken advantage of because I wasn't in state. read more

I completed a review several weeks ago about some trouble that I was having here. I am now changing my review because they have gone above and beyond to help fix the situation. The owner took time out of his day to sit down and go over the key situation with me, along with providing me with a new spare key. They even went ahead and buffed out a scratch from someone parking next to me (a week after I bought the car!). The owner had great suggestions and great follow through! Great Job Elite Motors! We will be back the next time we need to purchase a car. Original: Great prices but really slow turn around on license plates and keys. I was originally told that I could pick up my spare key the next day, when I asked the second time, I was told that it would be given to me when I got my plates because spare keys weren't kept in the building and the third time that I called (after waiting 2 and half weeks for my plates) I was told that they would have to check the file because not all cars came with a spare key. read more

Horrible. Dealership lied to me about the warranty associated with my car. I have been having issues with it and the car has no warranty as they told me. Now the car is shaking, and the RPMs are high when I start it and I will have to pay out of pocket for any repairs. read more
