I then return something because I spent money I wasn't supposed to and my mom got upset so I went to return it I never used it the owner explained to me that he's not supposed to do it but he will do it but John had to put his two cents in and tell me once again that they can't do that. He saw I didn't like it so I went back to return it I didn't even use it and the money that I was going to be returned to me I ended up spending it back at the shop just to prove to John and the bill that I'm not the type of person to buy a product not like it and then just return it. Then John which is it has a criminal history had a bad time at court the other day and decided to take it out on me I came in the store with a white plastic bag that you couldn't see inside he was on the phone and I was on the phone with nabil with my voice kind of louder than normal cuz I was upset he then comes out and starts raising his voice Pat over mine and I asked him why are you raising your voice. In customer service udescalate things you don't escalate things that's they must not be taught well about customer service or you just plain ass doesn't care. He always offered me items for free when items broke and every time he offered it for free I always said no I didn't want nothing from them for free just to prove that I'm not a con artist now he's using that against me saying that he gave me a gift because I calm them out of something no your product just broke because it's cheaply made and I was going to even pay and buy for the same exact one.
