I stayed home waiting for the call, but heard nothing. I called at 12 and they seemed very kind and said they'd call the technician and follow up with me. I waited 20 minutes for a call back and nothing! So I called again. They said the technician had car troubles and they were going to get another technician to come my way- no problem! 3 hours pass and I hear nothing.
