They sent out tech Paul Potts and we are so grateful they did! Paul came out and told us the motor on our unit was shot and we needed a new opener. I called Anytime Garage Doors about a broken spring on my garage door . I called on a weeknight, around 7pm. Appointment was easily scheduled for the following afternoon. The was awesome. He was right on time (actually called to let me know he was in the neighborhood a little early, which worked out great). He was very professional and friendly. He talked me through what was wrong, offered a couple options, as well as his recommendation for the best fix. About 30 minutes later, I had a brand new, working spring. I had been having trouble with my garage door for the past several weeks. It had been replaced when my house had hail damage a few years back. I checked with the contractor to trying to get in touch with the people who would put in the garage door. Later that day I found out that the place had gone out of business. When I called this company they picked up the phone right away and schedule me a repair the same day. I needed a new garage door opener because mine gave out. After there technician replaced my garage door opener he looked at the rest of the garage to see if I may need anything else. Thankfully he did look at the rest of the garage because three of my garage door wheels were extremely warn down. He replaced all of my wheels on my garage door and I can honestly say I am happy he did. My garage door doesn't seem to struggle so much opening and the noises it use to make are gone. He was professional, wearing a company shirt and driving a company truck and knew exactly what was needed which led me to believe there was good communication within the office and repair persons. I had a 18 year old garage door opener that was underpowered when the temperature got below 10 degrees. The service tech, Paul installed a new opener, heavier springs, as nd some new rollers. Now even when the temperature was below 0, my door opened and shut with no trouble at all. And the opener is quieter than the old one. Spent $485 on a conversion kit and new springs in December -- pretty much new guts. Was worried at the time because the repair person told me, 'I've never done one of these before and am worried about doing it right.' By February, garage door going down part way and then coming back up. Because it was outside their "30 day warranty", they would not agree to send someone out to do the tweak without charging a service call fee. Not a good experience at all. read more

Great Job! The tech was here just under 2 hours he explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it . He arrived when he said he would and was efficient and clear. They replaced the springs and rollers and set the openers for the new springs and made sure I was satisfied with the work they had done. My door is quieter than ever.
