We only have 4 labels we use on our equipment. One of the orders was for Eye protection and half the order they sent was for Ear protection. We didn't catch it for a few weeks until we got half way through the stack. Who checks every label in a stack? They all look the same except for one word and its 3 letters long. They (or He) refuse to exchange the incorrect ones for the correct ones. He was very condescending. He said they don't take returns after 5 days. Even if its their mistake. There are lots of other sign companies out there. Shop carefully with this company. We are moving on after 15 years. We can get them elsewhere. I have never written anyone a bad review. This is the first one I thought needed it.
