The salesperson assured us all we had to do was put these new sim cards into our phones, but no, he would not do it for us. And also told us the special little tool for accessing the SIM port on our phones was included in the envelope (it was not). We attempted to install both SIM cards, neither of which worked. Finally got help from a Lyca (sp?) store in Paris, and purchased NEW SIM cards from another carrier, which worked great. I haven't yet found a customer service email online to get a refund. The live chat person hung up on me after giving me a 4-DIGIT phone number to call, which would not, of course, work in the US. Really bad customer service, and what a rip-off.

They rarely return phone calls - you can go 3-4-5 months without them calling you back or even emailing you. They disregard the information you submit to their office and simply file the easiest tax form possible. In our case, they completely disregarded the tax-deductible expenses we submitted and file a standard deduction tax form (I guess that was the easiest to do). We had another tax firm submit a revised tax for that year which resulted in over $7500 tax refund. And they only charged Euro600. John Fredenburger should close his business as it borders on being fraudulent.
