I asked them about the diverters and they could not find them, so they put 2 little ones on under the shingles and now the shingles are lifting, and never put the large one back on the roof where the water comes down. The manager and the woman in the office told me 8-9 times and 5-6 months that they would be back to put the Large diverter on. They never came back to put it on and the shingles are lifting up and Now I have water pouring down my roof valley everytime there is a storm. and Angi and I keep after them to , but they wont. The roof cost me $18,500 , but they wont even come back to complete the Job.
