There is about twice as much space for ladieswear and a much better selection of homeware. The poor men now have to go upstairs for their clothes but it's bright, clean and well designed so they shouldn't mind too much. You can still order and do Next directory returns there which is very useful. It's much improved since moving to the Eden Shopping Centre and I visit much more often because of that.

They make good use of the space they have, with a wide choice of clothing and a large airy store, with plenty of space to move around and browse. Their fitting rooms are nice too. The prices are reasonable, but not cheap. They stock a wide variety of shoes, particularly trainers. The staff seem friendly and helpful. I bought something in here once that had been under-priced by mistake, but they honoured their pricing and sold it to me at the lower price. I feel their customer service is good.

The have a range called Sophie, which is for around 8-14 year olds. I have had some good clothes for my kids from here, the prices are moderate, more expensive than Primark, cheaper than Next. Also good for cheap accessories such as hair bands and necklaces.

(Bedford Interchange Park is alot better). There is not really enough room for pushchairs etc. and there is no lift to the second floor. It's almost impossible to get a buggy into the children's section, which is a bit silly considering most people wanting to buy kids clothes will have a child in a pushchair. All the mens clothes are on the 2nd floor, and they don't have disabled access. Personally I think this is terrible.

I bought a white one with mutli-coloured stripes and diamante detail for £16.99 but I was even happier when I was told by t e cashier that I was eligible for a 10% student discount if I had my student card with me! :) My only criticism would be that some of the clothes looked a tad cheap and the price range is slightly above average but this shop is definately great for teenagers and young people who follow fashion.
