I trusted her to help me heal and get my confidence back. Instead, she left me completely devastated. The tattoo she did is incredibly crooked and didn't even cover the scar as we discussed. Looking in the mirror now, I feel entirely broken and far more insecure than I did before. It is nowhere near what I asked for, and I now have to pay another artist out of pocket to completely cover up and fix her botched work. To make matters worse, the navel piercing Kaila gave me was an absolute health hazard. I had to go to an outside, licensed professional today to have it emergency-removed. She didn't pierce my navel at all she pierced it entirely through my surface skin. The professional explicitly told me that because my body was actively rejecting it due to her incorrect placement and poor technique, if I had waited any longer, the metal would have literally ripped through my skin and fallen out. When I reached out to Kaila privately to ask for a partial refund for the tattoo and a full refund for the hazardous piercing, she sent me a cold, defensive, boilerplate message. She actually tried to gaslight me and blame my own "anatomy" and "scar tissue" for her poor workmanship, hiding behind consent forms rather than taking accountability. She offered a "complimentary revision," but there is no way I would ever let someone who botched my skin and gave me a dangerous piercing touch my body again. This experience has caused me immense emotional distress and physical pain. Kaila showed a severe lack of professional skill and zero integrity when it came to handling her mistakes. Save your money, your skin, and your safety, and go to an artist who actually cares about their clients.

They were appointment only but we explained we were only in town for a weekend, so they were gracious enough to accommodate! We submitted the art we we're looking for by email, less than 10 minutes later we had quotes and an appointment for the very next morning Our Guy was G.B. He was also the guy who was so quick to reply and work with us via email. So obviously this guys is a world class artist, but he was also one of the coolest human beings we ever met. I do wish that they explained in taking the posts out 8 weeks later that they unscrew from the front of the ear not the back. I used dental forceps and wire cutters to get them off. I searched youtube for answers and they just said wiggle back and forth until they are free. After cutting the post off one ear, I could reconstruct it and see where the problem was in removing the back, like a regular earring.
