Items I needed were instant hot water heater and water softener system installation and hookup only. My home was in the rough work stage. A few things were off during the site visit, but essentially, he seemed reluctant about the job, which becomes more apparent later in the estimate. After the visit, he said he'll provide the estimate soon. I ended up only asked for instant hot water heater and water softener system hookups. A week goes by, nothing, about 11 days later I see him posting on Facebook looking for more jobs, so I commented saying how he never got back to me after the visit. This guy texts me and berates me saying it's only been 11 days, etcetera, that he was busy, and then he sent me the estimate immediately after the text exchange at 9,500. Other plumbers I received estimates from came in half that. He clearly did not want my job, not that I would've hired him 11 days later. The biggest issue was his attitude towards a negative review, he waited 11 days to provide an estimate that he only sent after I complained. He berated me for leaving a negative review. I needed rough-in work done ASAP, so walls can go up, and I can progress with my renovation, and he failed to provide services in a timely manner. Thank goodness I had other estimates lined up. If youre looking for someone reliable and fast, this may not be your guy. I cannot comment on his quality of work. I'm all for small business owners, but you should be more aware of your workload if it takes 11 days for an estimate.

I was astounded that Mr. Hill was at my house in 15 minutes and already had the brand new part for my moen shower handle with him. Mr. Hill is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I was referred by a friend that he did a bathroom remodel for, I expected it to be so expensive it would be outrageous. He was surprisingly reasonably priced and especially on New Year's Day and such a great response time. He was able to advise me that the only shut off value for any of my plumbing was in the front and was for the entire house. Quite surprising since I paid 16k for a room addtion in my garage to a different contractor and it seems like every time I have an issue I find one more thing that previous guy cut corners on. Mr. Hill had the water turned off for 7 minutes and the entire thing was fixed. He was so kind to put a o-ring in my shower head that had been leaking for years, installed brand new by the guy before, now doesn't leak a drop. I felt so at easy and comfortable having him in my home, that the problem was taken care of due to his amount of knowledge in the industry and I couldn't ask for a better plumber even in my dreams. Frank has always done a great job for our family. Over the years, we have found ourselves with a…read moreclogged sewer line and no matter what day or time he made sure to get it clear for us. I never knew where our sewer line clean out was in the front of the house until he found it. He also ran a camera down the sewer pipe which is usually much more expensive from other plumbers. This way, he showed us for the first time all the roots from our trees that are clogging our sewer drain. He said there is a Y connection somewhere down the line that may be a bit hard to clean out but he used a Hydro jet to clean it real well. Frank has always been fair too, one time when we had a faucet leak one of his plumbers fixed it but then within a month started to leak again he came right out and made it right at no charge. I highly recommend Frank.
