OPTIONS has been there for the community for 15 years to see us when you couldn't get in with your doctor that day or your medical issue was not an emergency. They also now have a sick contagious side and a non contagious side to keep you seperate.. Please support Options! They are a mom and pop establishment. I took my 1 year old daughter in for a sick visit. Runny nose, cough, no fever and fussier than…read morenormal. My gut told me she had an ear infection and it wasn't just a summer cold. We arrived 25 mins prior to closing and were rushed from the moment we walked in to the time we were dismissed. Mind you we were the only ones in the clinic. The nurse was in a hurry getting us back. The female doctor came in, was very hard to understand with her accent and just made us feel rushed. She quickly checked her ears, throat and such and said that it was allergies. I told her I felt like she has an ear infection. She then checked her ears and said they looked fine. Told me to let her play in the bath with warm water and give her Claritin. Long story short, unless it's an emergency, don't waste your money! Took her in to see a pediatrician, and they said that she does have an ear infection. I should've just waited it out and called the Pedi the following day, considering this clinic only had a 2 star rating. So frustrating as a parent to feel rushed and misdiagnosed by a professional.

Both ladies I meet are very friendly…read more Then I go into a room and I am asked if I want to keep my baby, put my baby up for adoption, or abort my baby. I say "Oh, I want to keep my baby." The lady smiles at me and says "You're one of the good ones." She then asked me how I felt about abortion. I told her "I personally don't think I could ever have an abortion, but I don't have to right to make that decision for other women." She later asked me if she could pray for me. Prayer is a great thing- I've never turned down prayer before, so of course I was ok with it. The lady doesn't pray for me and my happiness or health of me or my baby. She prayed that I would come to believe what she believed in. I have never been more offended or outraged in my life. Because of that, I will never let anyone pray for me again. Oh, the icing on the cake! They sent me home with pamphlets to read. One of them was yellow, and I'll never forget it. It said something like "A lot of people think they are good people, but you can't be a good person without Christ." Again, deeply offended, and so very self righteous.
