Technically there was nothing in here I wanted to purchase or would probably ever purchase but…read morenostalgia for a good British High Street experience made me do a little dance when I first saw Dancers. With our high streets continuing to decline due to high rents, the general disarray of the economy and the disposable clothing nature of supermarkets and Primark, I was super happy to see that there is still a place for a shop like Dancers in Halesowen. It reminded me of Buxton and Bonnets where I used to get schools clothes from a different party clothes from as a child. The men's wear and women's wear sections were very targeted to an older audience, with you paying more for a quality item rather than spending little to last three washes. Competing against the high street Asda for the school clothing options I am amazed how Dancers is still going. It's like a one stop shop for older people as there was also a big range of home ware bits and bobs. Keep Dancers going, even if it's just as a local suit hire place for the towns people's weddings, schools proms and formal party functions.

The range of quality and affordable menswear and accessories,is matched by helpful and attentive staff who make parting with hard earned cash a pleasure rather than a burden. I will be going to the shop this Wednesday for a winter coat and two pairs of slacks and know I will be satisfied and return in the future (god willing!) As a 188cm 18st man larger sizes are no problem for Dancers. Simon Davies of Hayley Green,Midlands.

Located over multiple floors, the store is spacious, it feels modern and cool like it has recently been refurbished. They have a nice food selection including a bar and brasserie with a decent menu, although it is a little expensive this has to be expected to a degree as it is more of a high-end store. I do feel to match the high-end nature of the place, the staff could have stood out more and perhaps they could have had more staff members in all areas of the store as coming in on a higher level can sometimes leave someone confused or getting lost, but the store, in general, is pretty decent to navigate for the key areas which are labelled anyway. One of my favourite Harvey Nichol's stores with good facilities and a good location, it stands out also due to its' modern features - but issues with the layout and service hold it back to just a four-star rating and a pretty awesome place to mark my 500th review of 2019.

This is not a place that I would consider to be 'very me' but after looking around I would be tempted to go and eat here. Ling....(Yelp Discount Queen) if you hear of any maybe we should pay this place a visit ;) I literally loved some of the spring/summer looks on the mannequins. There was a heavily patterned bomber jacket that I would consider not going out for a month to own.......pricy but a lot of the stuff is SO nice that you could be persuaded to part with a large proportion of your monthly wage to own them.....the temptation was real haha. Even though I will not be rushing back here I love that Birmingham caters to the people that want ultra high end and cutting edge brands. Maybe one day one of those jackets will be mine.......one day!

They have some classic basics in formal work attire at amazing prices, like £10 for a shirt! With the quality and that price, you cannot help but relent to the bargains. The Outlet even has a sale section - although I thought the Outlet was meant to sell reduced items so when those items are reduced to a "sale", you know they're as cheap as can be! But this area of the shop isn't well-maintained and quite frankly it's too much of a headache to sift through! The staff members are very friendly and polite. They always explain that you can only exchange online or in that store, which was very useful to know because I assumed I would be able to exchange in a regular M&S store.

Wonder no more, for they end their days in this clearance outlet just outside of West Brom town centre. As these clearance shops go, it is decent. The stock is well organised and tidy. The items on sale are predominantly for the older market - think Per Una and Classic Collection. Though you will sometimes find the odd sequinned cat suit or marabou trimmed cocktail dress. The underwear isn't bad either, especially if you are looking to stock up on basics. They sell mainly women's clothing and accessories, but there is a small range of menswear too. There are also some bargain toiletries and gift items up for grabs. Everything is well cheap, though it perhaps isn't the most cheerful of shopping destinations.

Whether your after a new TV, cutlery, a cot, ornaments and vases, bedding, or religious accessories that you may need for the temple, they sell it in here. The prices are not bad, and considering that there is a lot of competition on Soho Rd with similar outlets, this is one of the nicer places to shop. What I particularly like about this shop is they always burn incense on the shelves behind the till, which always creates that welcoming and home feel atmosphere.

They have a wide range of electrical home appliances, kitchenware, musical instruments, toys, decorations and religious artefacts! They even stock fireworks all year round! As you would expect from the range of products they sell; the store is large and bursting with stock. Their window display gives you a taste of how vibrant their product variety is. It's a family-run business, which is probably why it has an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Their prices vary. Some products are a little dear to what popular High Street stores would offer, although they offer a repair service so you could seek technical support if something goes wrong with your appliance. On the other hand, I bought tall vases for wedding centrepieces for just £3 each, which is a bargain!
