I arrived at the class…read more10 min early as per Cool Compressions reminder email and when I arrived the door was locked. I tried the door at 10am and once more at 10:15. Still nothing. I called every phone number I was given and could find for CC (including the other location) and no one answered. I finally decided to leave a note and go home. I took off work today to take this course as I needed it to renew my profesional license. I see another customer had a similar issue a month ago. I find it unbelievable that this company has only 5 star reviews. In any case, we'll be opening fraud charges with our credit card company immediately.
