Don't even waste your time or money. My order arrived like it had been done by a toddler. when I tried to speak to someone it was very difficult. Then I was promised a next day delivery.... of course that DID NOT happen. Then i tried to speak to someone again. PAINFUL. Tried to get a refund. PAINFUL. Finally got one that will hit my account in 10 days ha ha ha . And I still have no hang tags. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and it sounds like they are in a foreign Country. Be ware.. DO NOT USE.. Really dissappointed by nextdayflyers. I order some postcards for a fundraiser. Long story short- I ordered about 3k postcards with postage and mailing added but because it's a non profit they emailed me saying I needed an NPA number for the post office OR I would have to pay extra for postage. The postcards were $150 and the original postage and labels cost about $1100 on top of that. It's going to take me longer to try and figure out the postage issue. I spent time going to the post office and they had no answers. That should have been part of the check out process for non profits- i.e. "non profits need to provide an NPA # to be eligible for discounts on postage, do you have this number". They went ahead and printed the post cards anyway and then said I had two options, either get an NPA number- which I didn't have and frankly didn't even know what it was OR pay the extra almost $700 for postage.. They wouldn't cancel my order because THEY had already printed the postcards, which is funny because that isn't my problem. The deal wasn't done and if they needed something extra they should have waited till everything else was sorted out.. like a NPA number or whatever.. But to make me feel like I was backed into a corner with no way out was BS. I told them they can either cancel my order OR I will call the credit card company and have them reverse the charge.. This got a response out of them of course.. "well let me see what I can do". At the end of the day, I told them to cancel the postage and mailing service and send the postcards to me and I would do it myself. Which isn't ideal as it's going to be pretty time consuming mailing and stamping almost 3000 postcards.. but it just is what it is. They shouldn't offer these types of services without letting customers know what it entails and what to expect. Each person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. But overall, will never EVER use them again. Super dissappointing, super lazy explanations and only willing to do something after a treat.. That's no way to run a business. read more

Every time I spoke with someone, the customer service was excellent. I ordered a retractable banner with a QR code. I provided my QR code, the sales rep generated me a whole new code, it didn't look anything like the one I provided to her. (Me Not knowing much about QR codes) the lady told me that it's the same even though it looks different I believed her. Got my item in the mail the QR code did not work. They gave me a refund but did not refund my shipping which the product was clearly their fault so I should have got my shipping back. So now my sign is useless. Totally bogus racket reeling in people who believe them when they say you'll receive in 2 days.....yah, right. I paid for next day shipping and I had a event two days later and missed it because my order has still not arrive. I order on Friday and now there saying it should come Wednesday when my event was Sunday. false advertisement will not use this company again. Don't use it if you want your order "next day". I ordered four business days ahead of when I needed, paid extra for "overnight", giving them wiggle room of a day or two - it was delivered two days later than the drop-dead date (six days total). Unfortunately, it was for an event, so the cards were of no use. Support was not very helpful at all. read more

I needed 7,000 hang tags for my back packs. They did an amazing job....High quality finish and very professional. Always give yourself extra time. I was notified a day after my pick up date that my order was ready. I personally picked my order up in Saddle River , New Jersey. Staff was helpful and nice. At the end of the day I loved my finished product. I was quoted $100 more for a small size. I got a 3" X 5" hang tag for cheaper two sided print in color with Gloss finish. While the quality of the product is good, the customer service and policies has much to be desired. Not only did my order not even finish production on the day it was supposed to arrive, but when I mentioned to a rep that my order will now arrive 4 days late and I expect the 60% refund as stated in your company's "On Time Guarantee" I was told "...I'm afraid to say that we will not be able to proceed with your request". I skipped the proof step and paid for expedited shipping and yet the flyers I ordered were still delivered a full 24 hours late. when I called the customer service rep explained that it was an issue in their own art department but they could not offer me any compensation for the lateness. unacceptable. They hide your shipping costs till the very end and they are way higher than they should be!!!! You go through all the processes and then they drop almost $30 shipping fee on a $20 order! Easy to design cards on their site and the quality is good and the prices are below average.

Don't use them, a lot of broken promises and then had the nerve to offer me 20% back on my order that I received 4 days late, after my event. The people that answer the phones are so sweet and nice, but all my panic calls fell on deaf ears. And it was so simple to make the change on their end even when they realized there was a problem. Holding an event for 400 people this issue wore me out! Never never use them. read more

Awful service, would never use again. My order came five days after it was guaranteed and three days after the event the materials were for. I had to beg to get my ~$40 for shipping refunded and they refused to refund my order cost although they were responsible for it's late outbound shipping. I purchased items for an event and paid over $100 to ensure they would arrive on time - everything showed the correct arrival date throughout the checkout process. When I checked the tracking, it showed an arrival 5 days late! I emailed and asked for a refund or credit because the items are now useless. They declined because the items were already in production. I understand that production time is not the same as transit time but the only reason I used this company was because they claimed to be able to do the quick turnaround when others couldn't. Incredibly poor experience. NDF has been inconsistent, at best. I've received some quality print jobs from them, but just as many that required being reprinted because of monumental screw ups. Typically I can say that their customer service makes up for this - my most recent experience leads me to retract even that. Recently ordered 4 sets of 1,000 business cards. Edges were messed up, colors were off (a black box around the logo, on the backside), all things that rudimentary quality control could have prevented. Even better, they couldn't even issue a reprint for another SEVEN days. I asked to have this canceled, as well as another print job I have presently in production. They offered to give me a service credit, not even a refund. Not sure what's worse, their ability to print, or their customer service. read more

I ordered Real Estate Cards and the whole copy did not get printed and now am looking for a different company to print them. Unbelievable an waste of money. I don't know if they printed the wrong card but I took this one out and put the other one with the additional writing in ---so they should have gotten it right. Why they don't email you a copy before they print it to make sure is beyond me so just I just wasted money. I do not recommend !!! As if the text got cut off they should have allerted me and presented a solution!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS THEY SEND YOU A PROOF VIA EMAIL! This company is highly unprofessional, never trust them if you have a time-sensitive job. On Monday, November 29th, I called customer support to make sure that if I place a 3-business days order I'll be able to pick it up on Thursday, as I have a flight Friday morning. The representative of the company made me sure that if I place the order before 6 pm it will definitely be done on time. I immediately placed the order, only to receive a call at 12 pm on Thursday, saying that my order will not be ready on time due to the paper shortage and supply chain issues(lol). So instead of letting me know that on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday they decided to wait until the day when I was expecting my order. Canceled my order and overpaid to get the job done on time by another company in the same area. And apparently, they do not have any issues with paper shortage or supply chain, weird, huh? read more

Ordered some business cards that were exactly the same other than contact info. One batch made perfectly. The other batch had ink fade around the edges. Sent an email to customer support and attached a pic of the cards side by side for proof. That was couple of weeks ago. I will save you time, money and stress. DON'T USE THEM TO PRINT STUFF. Every time I print with them, there is an issue and this time they've left me up a creek with no paddle. No one follows up, no one follows through, their graphics department is lazy at best, and while it's cheap, I'd rather pay more to have it done on time and right. I actually had to threaten them once just to get my stuff printed. Went back because they offered me a free next day upgrade, and was going to use them this time, till I was told that even though I had submitted my files on a Friday, because I couldn't resolve my issue till Tuesday (due to a federal holiday) that I would have to upgrade and pay the almost $90 difference for the same Friday delivery. Within the past 3 months I have used Next Day Flyers for 5 different projects and they have come thru every time. I was so thankful to have a place to go and people to ask about my order. Christina has been a god send and has made sure my orders go thru on time in spite of my format mishaps. The 24 hour turn around time is amazing. I have been using this print shop located in the valley and their pickup in west LA. Not only are they well priced but their service is outstanding. Needed something printed by a certain day so I upgraded to next day turnaround. When I got my order the entire batch of hang tag prints came out completely unusable, customer service was completely unwilling to help, I paid extra for next day turnaround and my order was completely rushed through with no quality control. What good is next day printing if the prints will be useless once delivered and have to be reprinted? Once they got my money I was no longer a priority.
