I couldn't believe how beautiful my sign looked and how sturdy it was. The Christmas cards, I was worried because I had ordered them last minute and wanted them done that day. I was also worried about the quality because I had used a low-lighting, cellphone camera picture. Amazingly, the cards were stunning and they were able to accommodate my last minute order the same day... specifically within, I think, an hour or two of my call. Maybe less. I'm super thankful for this business for their amazing customer service and commitment to quality. 100% if you need something printed, this is the place to go. I liked the idea of being able to get the same but I have NEVER received that service. This place is a ways out of my way but I really need fast and this place is anything but. They do not care either, and I know to them $500-$1500 in a month from a client in sales is means nothing. I had a conversation with them a few months ago that I want to move my business here, but that I was nervous they would not be able to handle it. Uptown made it happen by her deadline. The Uptown embroidery shop-Louis, and his assistant (who sits at the front desk) , were very patient and helpful and came through! Bag looks great and recipient was happy. What was most surprising was that they seemed give me the same attentive service as their high volume clients. Most places do not want to do just one item, but Uptown understands that if you're happy with one item, that you're coming back for future orders, and I will be back. I provided my QR code, the sales rep generated me a whole new code, it didn't look anything like the one I provided to her. (Me Not knowing much about QR codes) the lady told me that it's the same even though it looks different I believed her. Got my item in the mail the QR code did not work. They gave me a refund but did not refund my shipping which the product was clearly their fault so I should have got my shipping back. So now my sign is useless. The code doesn't work. highly disappointed with the company.

It doesn't feel or look like a sticker which represents the high level quality. Their inventory of shirts, sweaters, crew necks, tumblers and tote bags are wide variety and colorful and high quality as well. Their colors on the print outs pop and look surreal. Their prices are excellent regardless the size you are making. Their turn around time is also top notch. Depending when in the morning you do before the cut off, it will be ready by end of the day if you have that last minute idea to create. More over they have expedited service for a last minute thing at a reasonable price that does not break the bank. They also have free heat press machines on sight to use after one pays for their shirts and gang sheet print outs - already set to the degree of heat needed for the press to go on the material without a problem. The best part of all - the guys here are welcoming , very kind, gentle with all of the creators that walk in, understanding and excellent teachers. Their graphic design skills are top notch. My wife worked with Josef and Akkus (hope spelled names right) and they were so knowledgeable and sweet with her. She had a problem with a design and they walked her through the problem, repaired the image but taught her how to use one of the tools they use - canva. Those are two great guys and there is no price tag for their patience. I suggest to my creative friends to use this service here ASAP. It will give you peace of mind, high quality, and save you time.
