I have never posted a review or made a complaint but each day since June 10 I realize more and more…read morewhat a terrible job your company did on our yard in Oxford. Unfortunatelymy husband had surgery scheduled that day and we werenot here to observe snd supervise the work. I paid $2700 for a job that was not worth $700 as listed on our contract. Item#1--trim all bushes around house. The main bush to be worked on was at the side of the porch which was horribly done. Some branches had bent over in the winter and they were not pulled out to cut back. Dead cuttings were left on the bush nd the cutting was incomplete and uneven. Item #2--trimup 2 crab apple trees. Two dead branches were removed from one tree but I see no further evidence or trimming or evening the tops. Item #3--Trim one maple. When Thomas looked at the tree I informed him that it had been trimmed several times and the last company warned me that it would probably be the last. Thomas assured me that it was fine and just needed a good pruning. When we finally arrived home they had removed two branches but told me the tree was really bad and should be taken down(for an additional fee). Why did they even bother to do anything if it was that bad? Item#4 --.trim and cable sycamore. The bad branches we discussed had been removed but I don't see any cablin (just power wires). Furthermore trimmed branches were left hanging and 2 fence rails were damaged. Item $#4--take everything away. Much debris was left scattered in the yard for us to clean. Also our trampoline had been moved and not returned to its original site. Item #6--willow tree trim. I specifically a\pointed out the upper branches that I could not reach and these were left. The rest was poorly trimmed. In conclusion I repeat what an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE you did.

Trim trees in front and back. They did fine until their chipper clogged up. Said they would be…read moreback in the morning. Did not show and ignored calls. I was left with piles of limbs. Will never recommend. They had been paid in full (2000.00) for trim and cleanup.
