Please stay away if you have a VA loan. They aren't there to help you in anyway purchase a home. We tried but were approached with dishonesty and interested in helping the seller instead of us as a buyer. The realtor never did her due diligence in the property we put contract on and never withheld the addendum that was part of the contract Never knew we had 2 lots and 2 addresses for residence.Run dont walk awy.We lost 4,000 during the Sh@t Show read more

I Will never do business with this company and strongly advise whomever is reading this review not…read moreto as well. My fiancé, my one year old son and I were robbed of our deposit due to false claims of damages to the property of which we have video. They attempted to do a final walk through without notifying us to be present as well. Pointe also charged us for damages that was done to the property prior to my family moving in. The property had a ant and spider infestation and they took their time sending someone out to spray and as a result of Their negligence, my son was bitten which is what led us to move. Once again I strongly advise against deciding to rent from this company and hopefully I can save a family headache, time and money in the future.

Unprofessional people who rent subpar homes for far higher than their value. They're rude. They…read moresend unlawful detainer notices if you can't pay in 5 days. It takes a month to get maintenance done when you ask for help. I just can't tell you how much I have been disappointed in this company. I would not rent from them again.
