Payed the full year up front and double security deposit . Great rental history and credit score . Just a single mom who had to find a place so my son wouldn't be homeless . Literally less then a month living there issues started . The pipes were constantly leaking damaging my stuff her response take it up with renters insurance. Every month it was something else dishwasher broken , microwave broken . Went months with out a microwave. I had to pay out of pocket for a service that I never received the money back for . She put it on the move out sheet and made sure to take my full deposit and even sent me a letter asking for more money . I left items in home for the next renter . She very passive aggressive. I had to sell my washer and dryer so she asked for it . Kinda knew she would screw me over cause her words u sold the washer and dryer .. yes I did . That made her upset . She let me know 3 days before the renewal that she was raising the rent . Her maintenance guy is her crooked husband . He even damage something so it look like my fault . I had a nest put in and when I mentioned taking it her husband bob or maintenance guy made a threat saying it would suck if it broke .. I moved out to make a better life for me and my son . Moved out of state so I could provide him a life he deserved. Since she's a realtor she knew I bought my home so she made up charges that were not even my fault . Worst land lord and overall worst person to ever have to deal with . I'm 100% sure If we went to court I would win , but she knew o move to Texas and it cost more to fight here .

(Basically, the structure of their company is recruiting more sales people who will work under them to get a fraction of their sales). Ultimately, I chose another company to install my solar, since I did not want to work with a company that subcontracts exclusively, ie they are a middleman. Go search Powur and you will see their website actually is geared more to recruiting more solar "ambassadors" to sell more solar. Do google searches or visit their site or YouTube and you will see their presentations of how much money their sales people can make, which ultimately is your money. I think it is very low class for the company to have all these "compensation explained" videos on YouTube. They spend more effort on YouTube trying to recruit sales people than focusing on their solar product and services. You are paying a premium for their sales team, which do not add any value to your actual solar project. I mean they even boast their software has a profit calculator and they can adjust the cost of their quote depending on how much the sales person is willing to accept. You will find YouTube videos describing their company as a MLM. I continued to get spam emails and texts. I asked him to stop and he said he would stop, but he and his company continued with annoying spam.
