She would not budge and let him in before 2 1/2 weeks out. I explained that he was in too much pain to wait that long. She was either unwilling to listen or unable to comprehend that all we needed a referral as he is our primary and we have HMO insurance. She kept focusing on who was at fault for the accident despite multiple attempts to explain... Perhaps she would be better suited as an employee at the DMV rather than a patient "care" facility. He demonstrates his expertise in a holistic way: diet, exercise, relationships, medications, surgeries, etc. I think he's brilliant and very human. In addition I am profoundly grateful that he communicates with the whole care team for the patient.
