DO's are so much more holistic in their approach and though her manipulation technique was different from what I was used to I couldn't be happier with the results. It was not a last minute appointment and the waiting room only had one other person In it. If you're going there you may as well take the day off work .

This appointment had been make two months previously and I couldn't get another for a month. First visit I was left in the exam room for an hour after a nurse left to "check something" and didn't come back. I stuck my head out in the hall and was rudely told to remain in the exam room by a passing doctor, I couldn't be in the hall. Getting very frustrated by now I used my cell phone to call the front desk. An angry receptionist told me I shouldn't be calling the desk, and said she would send a nurse to see me. The nurse finally came and didn't remember what she was supposed to do for me, so by then I just left, having forgotten myself. Avoid this practice if possible.

She proceeded to show it to me and explained everything in lay person's terms so that I immediately understood all of the medical jargon. She was thorough and instilled total confidence about her capabilities and judgement. She is down to earth and has a great personable bedside manner whilst simultaneously being down to business. Somehow she manages to be highly efficient AND thorough. She also gave the option of phoning me with results from my diagnostic procedure so that I won't have to make a separate appointment (unless I want one). I haven't had that option since the 1990s. My time in the waiting room was brief and she moved quickly in the office visit. Even though their computer system was down that day, there were no "hiccups" in my experience. I can't remember being so well impressed by a doctor before. Her office assistant was pleasant as well and we had a good conversation after my visit about how amazing Dr. Grewal is, as she related her own (& family's) personal care under Dr. Grewal.
